The Motivational Success Coaching program involves two phases.
Phase 1 is a 75 minute personal motivation workshop over the phone. During this call we will discuss all aspects of motivation and discover what your key factor(s) is(are) that will make you motivated…and stay motivated!
Phase 2 is the coaching phase and is also over the phone. During this phase you will have weekly 30 minute coaching calls to get you and keep you on track with your exercise regimen. This phase lasts as long as necessary for you to accomplish your goal(s).
