Golf cartoon 1Every golfer wants to improve their performance. There are basically 3 areas you can work on to improve your golf performance; technical (swinging & putting), physical (strength & flexibility), and mental (90% of the game). Since I am not an instructor, this page is going to focus on the physical and mental side of golf; my specialties.
